Roger Horam.

Roger is a strategic leader who develops strong relationships with multiple key stakeholders and partners across the public, private and not for profit sectors and is well referenced and respected in the fields of employment and employability, economic development, social inclusion and environment.
His key strengths are built on a quick grasp of the potential opportunities that exist, as well as knowledge of, and a successful track record in, accessing and delivering income generation programmes – across a wide range of funding areas, from commercial income, grants & service level agreements to local, national & European funding. In Scotland few have a broader knowledge, understanding and track record across a blend of funding routes. Roger is extremely good with the written word and in face to face meetings, and with managing complex budgets. Founder Director of the European Development Innovation Network (EDInet) which is a Scottish-based social enterprise providing expert advice in strategy development, strategic planning, consulting, recruitment, policy, funding (applications and fundraising), training and evaluation for organisations in the public, private and third (voluntary and community) sectors.
Roger is also a founder director of “Recruit with Conviction” which promotes safe, effective and sustainable employment for people with criminal records.
